There is much more to Binance than first meets the eye, for they are of course first and foremost a digital currency exchange, but they do offer something of a much more interesting and some would say entertaining experience to all of their users.

For they tend to offer a lot of promotional offers, deals and competitions to their customers using their services, so at least you will be getting something in return and will have a chance of winning something when paying their fees and charges, which makes a nice difference to say the least!

In regards to customer support, you do need to be aware that as Binance is now a huge digital currency exchange they have opted to go down the route of offering their customers and potential customers a fact based questions and answers type of customer support service.

As such when you do visit their website and click onto the support tab you will initially be able to enter your question into the web page and will then be given a range of well written and informative articles or choose from to then read that best answer your questions.

But having said that their exchange really is self explanatory, and as such there is very little chance that you will ever need the help of a real person when using it and it is a reliable exchange on which no problems have been reported.

They are currently advertising fee free deposits to their users, and as such that is something worth knowing, for many other digital exchanges do have some shockingly high fees and charges simply for depositing.

The trading fee schedule is displayed on their website, however when compiling this review they were offering a trading fee of just 0.1% which makes them very competitive when you compare that trading fee with those of their competitors.
