A personal review from playing at Slots of Vegas casino – my insight into bonuses and other offers, banking options and the games that the site provides.
For this casino to have been open since 2004 and for me to have only just started experiencing it is a true crime in itself. However, now that I’ve been playing the games and claiming its promotions, I truly feel quite impressed with Slots of Vegas. This online casino offers up a nice range of games from Real Time Gaming (RTG) and is available to you if you’re an instant gamer or a download gamer. This makes for quite a nice change, as originally, most online casinos were only available via download. So, it has a bit of a hark back to the older days for me.
The site displays a total of 140 different casino games that you can play, although this amount is only available via the download version. Should you be a web-browser player, you’ll have a smaller selection at hand. Some of the games on offer include Fantasy Mission Force, Shanghai Lights and Snowmania. There is a few table games that you have the chance to play too, although there’s an even bigger selection of video poker options.
Before I go into too much detail of an online casino, I have a preference of finding out if it’s legal and licensed first. The good news is that Slots of Vegas holds a gambling licence from the jurisdiction of Costa Rica. The bad news is that there isn’t any kind of information relating to this on the actual website.
The biggest pro that enticed me to Slots of Vegas was the low wagering requirements of the welcome bonus. I’ll explain more about this a little bit later on, but with only a five times playthrough to complete in this respect, there’s very little to stop you from taking the welcome bonus.
Additionally, I also found that the ability to play in download or instant play mode was quite appealing. Not as large a portion of online casinos provide such anymore, so it’s a nice change from Slots of Vegas.
Despite the fact that this casino provides both download and instant play modes, the latter of these does have a lesser amount of games available. This came as a bit of a surprise and let down to me, as sometimes it’s easier to just load up a casino via your web-browser and play that way.
As well as this, the fact that there aren’t any details on the casino page about the licence it holds is a bit of a downfall. As an avid casino gamer, I like to know instantly that I’m playing at a safe and fair location.
Aside from the games that Slots of Vegas offers, the other main thing that I was enchanted by, was its welcome bonus for newcomers. Of course, you have to sign up and make your first deposit to be able to receive such, but this is of no issue. It really ensures that you feel at home and comfortable at the casino.
And I like the fact that the special offers extend to loyal gamers as well. The casino offers up monthly promotions that you’re able to benefit from as your gameplay continues. And other perks include the possibilities of freespins and the potential for cashback as part of the VIP program.
Mobile gaming is not heavily advertised at Slots of Vegas, but you can still access the platform via such. You just need to enter the website address into your device’s browser and you’ll see an optimised version of it on your screen.
Things did become a bit more limiting for me when it came to the cashier part. While the regularly seen Visa and MasterCard options were available to use, there were only two other alternative options. If you use Neteller, then this is possible at Slots of Vegas. Bitcoin deposits are also accepted.
You can make withdrawals by all of these methods, as well as by Check, Cash Deposit or Bank Wire Transfer.
Slots of Vegas is a truly wonderful platform on the whole, but if you do find yourself coming up against a problem, you’ll need to utilise the support options. While there isn’t the inclusion of a FAQ section, the casino does offer you a 24/7 customer support team. A Live Chat function is on hand for this first of all, and when I spoke with an agent there, she was very helpful. Otherwise, you can call toll free within the USA and Canada, or you can send an email along to them.
Overall, the Slots of Vegas casino left me with quite a good impression. Accessing the game lobby, I was able to play a decent selection of slots and video poker. And while the table games and progressive jackpot titles are fewer, it doesn’t pose such a huge problem. The welcome offer and subsequent promotions are all very appealing for me too, while I’m always happy to see round-the-clock support available.
