MGM National Harbor located in Prince George’s County is home to 2,300 slot machines and 212 table games.
Combined, the gaming verticals generated $71,983,723 in gaming revenue in July, signaling a small 0.2% drop of $168,366 compared to the same month of 2023
Anne Arundel County’s Live! Casino & Hotel hosts 3,861 slot machines and 179 table games, which generated gaming revenue of $62,562,895 last month.
The figure marked a 0.3% decrease of $181,196 from July last year.
Baltimore City’s Horseshoe Casino Baltimore generated $13,317,234 in gaming revenue during the same month with its 1,347 slot machines and 115 table games.
The amount showcased a significant drop of 16.9% ($2,704,446) compared to July 2023.
While only hosting 876 slot machines and 19 table games, Ocean Downs Casino in Worcester County ended July with $9,621,082 in gaming revenue, 4.6% ($460,462) less compared to last July.
All 735 slot machines and 23 table games that belong to Hollywood Casino Perryville in Cecil County generated $7,297,270 in gaming revenue in July 2024, marking a 2.8% drop ($206,717) compared to July 2023
Finally, Allegany County’s Rocky Gap Casino Resort contributed to Maryland’s total gaming revenue with $5,039,106, a 13.4% ($780,591) drop from July 2023.

The Education Trust Fund received $52,014,956 in contributions, 1.4% ($723,245) less compared to July of last year.
The same revenue is also used to support local communities and jurisdictions hosting the six live casinos, as well as the state’s horse racing industry, and several small businesses and businesses owned by women and minority groups.
