X Poll Results Show McGregor Huge Favorite

McGregor published a string of posts in late November attacking the ruling Irish government for not doing enough to protect the people of Ireland. Those posts were made after there was unrest in Dublin over the stabbing of a child. The government would go on to launch an investigation into McGregor over potential hate tweets.

McGregor has now made his intentions clear that his attack on the government was a lead up to him pitching in to be a potential candidate for President in 2025. McGregor published a poll on X asking who gets the vote for President in Ireland and put in 3 other candidates and himself. All the other candidates had single digit vote numbers while McGregor topped the list with a high 80+ percent.

Most of those votes would have come in from his UFC fans and social media followers, so it is not an accurate poll of what the Irish people feel about McGregor and his bid to run for President.
