Bills’ Von Miller’s Pregnant Girlfriend Retracts Allegations Of Assault

Linebacker Von Miller who plays for the NFL‘s Buffalo Bills found himself in trouble with the law yet again.

The first time he got himself in trouble, Miller was investigated by the Parker, Colorado police department in 2021 but no charges were pressed and the DA did not disclose what the investigation was about.

Miller Assaults Pregnant Girlfriend

This time around we do know what the charges against Von Miller are as his pregnant girlfriend who has not been named by the police but are known to have two children together, made a call to 911 and alleged that he had physically assaulted her and left her bloody. Police visited his apartment on Nov 30 after the 911 call and found his long-time girlfriend who was pregnant having bruising on her neck and abrasions on her left hand.

During the 911 call, his girlfriend stated that Miller was choking and hitting her, claiming that he had pulled her hair out and that she had bruises all over her. When asked if she would need paramedics, she said she did not know and admitted she had some blood on her.

Glenn Heights Police Department issued a third degree felony charge warrant and soon after Miller voluntarily visited the Glenn Heights Police Department and turned himself in. His legal team immediately posted a $5,000 bond and secured his release.

The Buffalo Bills released a statement to address Miller’s arrest and alleged physical assault. The statement said

This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.

Miller’s Girlfriend Changes Story

The arrest warrant affidavit said Miller wanted his pregnant girlfriend to travel on her birthday and she did not want to do so and this caused an argument. She ended up slamming the door in anger which triggered him and he asked her to leave the apartment. She decided to collect her belongings and leave when things escalated and her allegedly assaulted her.

However, Miller’s girlfriend has now retracted her allegations and said the entire incident was blown out of proportion as it was only a verbal disagreement and claimed the American football star did not assault anyone!
