Go can be used to create blockchain applications. <\/p>\n<p>The rising demand for programmers with knowledge of <strong>\u2018Go\u2019<\/strong> underscores the increasing significance of distributed ledger technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upwork<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZzfPV8d_wfk?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Consecutive quarter<\/h2>\n<p>For the first time, in 1Q18, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legitgambling.com\/news\/swiss-richemont-to-use-arianee-blockchain-to-improve-supply-chain\/\">blockchain achieved this remarkable feat<\/a> in the world\u2019s largest economy. Beginning 2017, blockchain-related skills have recorded quadruple-digit growth.<\/p>\n<p>Upwork issued the following statement regarding the rise in demand for blockchain technology skills.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Its year-over-year growth has exceeded 2,000 percent for the past four quarters, and it experienced more than 3,500 percent year-over-year growth in Q2.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A quick look at the current blockchain-related jobs posted on Upwork indicates that software developers in various languages and frameworks such as Solidity (a programming language created to write Ethereum smart contracts) and Node.js are in high demand.<\/p>\n<p>Programmers with exceptional knowledge in C++ (the language used in coding Bitcoin core) are also in high demand. Other non-technical jobs related to blockchain technology include Telegram community managers and white paper writers.<\/p>\n<h2>Upwork is bullish<\/h2>\n<p>The Upwork Skills Index reaffirms <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legitgambling.com\/news\/merck-looks-at-blockchain-for-fighting-counterfeit-drugs\/\">the rapid growth of blockchain sector.<\/a> A recent report from accounting firm KPMG reflected a rising interest of investors in blockchain startups.
