The two fighters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/mma\/2017\/07\/08\/ufc-213-nunes-vs-shevchenko-2-live-fight-updates\/\">fought each other for the interim belt in 2017<\/a> and Whittaker came out on top. Romero will look to avenge his loss and become the first Cuban to win UFC Gold. <\/p>\n<p>Whittaker goes into the fight as the favourite but knows that Romero has improved his game and will be looking to make it <em>1-1<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The co-Main Event will be for the UFC Welterweight interim championship and will see Brazilian <strong>Rafael dos Anjos<\/strong> (RDA) fight <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Colby_Covington\">Colby \u2018<em>Chaos<\/em>\u2019 Covington<\/a>. The winner will get to challenge UFC Welterweight champion <strong>Tyron Woodley<\/strong> for the real belt before the end of this year. <\/p>\n<p>Colby Covington is the most hated man in Brazil as MMA fans believe that he has thrashed talked his way into an interim title match. Covington has disrespected the nation of Brazil, the people of Brazil and the fighters from Brazil. If Anderson wins, she will most likely call out UFC Champion <strong>Cris Cyborg<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h3>CM Punk vs. Mike Jackson<\/h3>\n<p><strong>CM Punk<\/strong> \u2013 the former WWE superstar will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legitgambling.com\/news\/former-wwe-star-cm-punk-to-return-to-the-octagon-at-ufc-225\/\">make his way to the Octagon for the second time<\/a> as he faces <strong>Mike Jackson<\/strong>. Punk will be on the pay-per view card as he has a massive fan following. If Punk loses without putting up a fight, it could very well be the end of his UFC career.<\/p>\n<h3>Alistair Overeem vs. Curtis Blaydes<\/h3>\n<p>Overeem is one of the most decorated MMA fighters in the world and a top contender in the UFC heavyweight division.
