Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/h3>\n

Derwin James<\/a>, S, Florida State<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bucs ranked dead last in passing defense last season and need help in replacing an aging T.J. Ward. James<\/strong> is a ball hawk of a safety and can be used in blitz packages if needed.<\/p>\n

San Francisco 49ers<\/h3>\n

Saquon Barkley, RB, Penn State<\/strong><\/p>\n

While the rebuild for the 49ers has been slow, the future looks bright with the signing of Jimmy Garoppolo<\/strong>. Barkley should give the new quarterback an every down option with the ability to catch from out of the backfield.<\/p>\n

Saquon Barkley<\/a>'s name has been attached to several teams at this point but the 49ers would be crazy to pass up if the former Penn St. star is still available at 9. <\/p>\n

Chicago Bears<\/h3>\n

Calvin Ridle, WR, Alabama<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bears have suffered at wide receiver since they let Alshon Jeffery<\/strong> leave via free agency last season. Calvin Ridley<\/a> will give second year quarterback Mitchell Trubisky<\/strong> a fast and smooth target that can catch the jump ball.<\/p>\n

Oakland Raiders<\/h3>\n

Roquan Smith, LB, Georgia<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Head coach Jon Gruden will look to find help for Khalil Mack<\/strong> on the weakside. Roquan Smith<\/a> is fast and has good instincts on coverage which is something Gruden looks for in a linebacker.<\/p>\n

Miami Dolphins<\/h3>\n

Quenton Nelson, G, Notre Dame<\/strong><\/p>\n

Miami went through three quarterbacks last season and saw their playoff aspirations go up in smoke when quarterback Ryan Tannehill<\/strong> got injured in the preseason. Bolstering the offensive line should be their top priority. Quenton Nelson<\/a> gave great pass and run protection for the Fighting Irish last season and was a major part of Notre Dame's rushing game.<\/p>\n

Washington Redskins<\/h3>\n

Tremaine Edmunds, LB, Virginia Tech<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the quarterback controversy in Washington finally over, the Redskins can concentrate on the defensive side in an increasingly difficult NFC East. Tremaine Edmunds<\/a> is an elite talent that can get to the ball carrier quickly.<\/p>\n

Cincinnati Bengals<\/h3>\n

Connor Williams<\/a>, T, Texas<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bengals had a terrible year rushing last season, ranking almost last in the league. Look for the mysteriously returning Marvin Lewis<\/strong> to nab Williams who anchored the Longhorns offensive line.<\/p>\n

Green Bay Packers<\/h3>\n

Will Hernandez, OG, UTEP<\/strong><\/p>\n

Like Miami, the Packers saw their playoff hopes die when Aaron Rogers broke his collarbone. Green Bay's offensive line also was at times a patchwork of free agents and veterans. The projected starting line only played together for one full game.
