Still highly-rated in England<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite his mixed fortunes in Spain, Bale is still highly rated by clubs in the Premier League. Former club Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United are all reportedly interested in bringing the winger back to England.<\/p>\n

Ironically, Real Madrid are once again being linked with a move for Chelsea winger Eden Hazard, not for the first time. Los Blancos are also believed to be interested in bringing former Barcelona star Neymar back to Spain<\/a> in the summer.<\/p>\n

The club from the Spanish capital could help fund any big money next summer by selling their Welsh winger. Like Bale, Hazard seems to be linked with a move away from his current club in every transfer window.<\/p>\n

If Hazard moves away from Stamford Bridge in the summer, then the Blues could make a move for Bale as a replacement for the former Lille forward. Hazard has decided to put contract talks on hold at Chelsea.<\/p>\n

Manchester United are long-term admirers of Bale. In fact, the Red Devils were competing with Real Madrid to sign the Wales international in 2013. United boss Jose Mourinho is reported to be a fan of Bale, who the Portuguese boss managed at the Bernabeu.<\/p>\n

According to Spanish publication Don Balon<\/a>, Bale would prefer a return to former club Tottenham if he did leave the Spanish giants. The winger made his name in north London in a six-year spell, as he helped Spurs won the League Cup back in 2008, which is Tottenham\u2019s last trophy.<\/p>\n

Bale time in Spain\u2019s blighted by injury<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gareth Bale arrived as a Galactico and has scored 56 goals in 103 La Liga appearances for Real Madrid, which was an improvement on his record at Tottenham.<\/p>\n

Bale\u2019s record in Spain may well be better if it was not for injury problems. He is currently sidelined by injury and injuries have blighted his career in Madrid. At times Bale has been criticised for his unwillingness to play through the pain barrier.<\/p>\n

England return may appeal to Bale<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reportedly, a return to England and especially Tottenham would appeal to Bale next summer. Real Madrid are set to a squad overhaul in the summer, with boss Zinedine Zidane\u2019s future in the capital now in major doubt.<\/p>\n

The Spanish giant\u2019s president Florentino Perez is determined to return his club back to the top of the European football tree after a disappointing campaign so far. Selling the injury-prone Bale may just be part of Perez\u2019s plans to overhaul the squad next summer.
