Horner has denied the allegations.<\/p>\n<h2>Horner Accused of Inappropriate Behaviour<\/h2>\n<p>According to British newspaper the Daily Mail, a female colleague has accused Horner of \u201c<em>incredibly controlling behavior<\/em>\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Red Bull said it was taking the allegations extremely seriously and an independent investigation has been launched.<br \/>\nHorner, who has been in the job since 2005, has led the team to major victories. <strong>Under his supervision, Red Bull has won seven drivers\u2019 championships and six constructors championships<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Horner\u2019s team <strong>dominated the 2023 season of the F1 World Championship, winning 21 of the 22 races<\/strong>. <strong>Max Verstappen<\/strong> was hailed World Drivers\u2019 Champion, while Red Bull Racing \u2013 Honda RBPT took the World Constructors\u2019 Champions title. <\/p>\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Xuj2W8APqKc?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>The allegations against Horner come as he and the team gear up for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legitgambling.com\/sports-betting\/formula-one\">latest season of the prestigious motor racing championship<\/a> which kicks off in Bahrain on March 2. Horner was reportedly advised to step down from his position as the investigation takes place. <\/p>\n<h2>Horner Victim of Internal Power Struggle<\/h2>\n<p>Horner has categorically denied the allegations, with his supporters stating that some people are throwing mud at the Red Bull boss to remove him from power and wrest control to Salzburg. Horner is merely the victim of an internal fight within the Red Bull family, according to his loyalists.<\/p>\n<p>Some  parties are reportedly trying to oust Horner from his current seat, especially that Red Bull founder <strong>Dietrich Mateschitz<\/strong> is no longer here to protect him. The billionaire died in October 2022 at the age of 78 after a long illness.<\/p>\n<p>In a message to MailOnline, the website of Daily Mail, Horner described the accusations as \u201c<em>nuts<\/em>\u201d. His wife, former Spice Girl <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GeriHalliwell\">Geri Halliwell<\/a><\/strong>, is also said to be \u201c<em>devastated<\/em>\u201d over the claims and pledged support for his husband.<\/p>\n<p>Horner and Geri tied the knot in 2015 and have one child together, seven-year-old Montague.
