Police visited his apartment on Nov 30 after the 911 call and found his long-time girlfriend who was pregnant having bruising on her neck and abrasions on her left hand.<\/p>\n<p>During the 911 call, his <strong>girlfriend stated that Miller was choking and hitting her, claiming that he had pulled her hair out and that she had bruises all over her<\/strong>. When asked if she would need paramedics, she said she did not know and admitted she had some blood on her.<\/p>\n<p>Glenn Heights Police Department <strong>issued a third degree felony charge warrant<\/strong> and soon after Miller voluntarily visited the Glenn Heights Police Department and turned himself in. His legal team immediately posted a $5,000 bond and secured his release.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/y75DlZEIz1w?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Buffalo Bills released a statement to address Miller\u2019s arrest and alleged physical assault. The statement said <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Miller\u2019s Girlfriend Changes Story <\/h2>\n<p>The arrest warrant affidavit said Miller wanted his pregnant girlfriend to travel on her birthday and she did not want to do so and this caused an argument. She ended up slamming the door in anger which triggered him and he asked her to leave the apartment. She decided to collect her belongings and leave when things escalated and her allegedly assaulted her.<\/p>\n<p>However, <strong>Miller\u2019s girlfriend has now retracted her allegations<\/strong> and said the <strong>entire incident was blown out of proportion as it was only a verbal disagreement<\/strong> and claimed the <a
