Replays showed that when <strong>Petgrave collided with Johnson, Petgrave\u2019s leg went up in the air towards Johnson\u2019s exposed neck and the skate boot ended up slitting Johnson\u2019s neck<\/strong> which ultimately led to him passing away.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nrAfUw1-mSM?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was a tragic and shocking incident for both teams and fans in attendance. The clip of the collision did the rounds on social media and fans were not happy to see what happened. A lot of fans have share their thoughts on X stating that they don\u2019t think this was an accident as it looked like Petgrave was deliberately trying to hurt Johnson.<\/p>\n<p>Many fans on X have called for the authorities to book Johnson and try him for manslaughter as the intention behind the collision was deliberate.
