    Anonymous Competitor Files Case<\/h2>\n

    On Nov 12, a complaint was filed by Ralph Marra<\/strong>, a senior counsel at Calcagni & Kanefsky LLP with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE). The complaint said that Calcagni & Kanefsky was retained by a U.S based company who was a competitor of Evolution and preferred to remain anonymous.<\/p>\n

    The case was filed with the NJDGE as Evolution is licensed by the NJDGE and needs to showcase a clean reputation and a record that demonstrates honesty and integrity. The complaint alleges that Evolution is offering their games in countries that are sanctioned by the United States.<\/p>\n

    The complaint claims that they have proof of players accessing games from Evolution in places like Iran, Syria and Sudan<\/strong>. All three of these countries have sanctions imposed on them by the United States. The complaint states that some of the players that accessed Evolution games in Syria belong to the family of President Bashar al-Assad.<\/p>\n

    The anonymous competitor hired investigators to take video proof showcasing that players in Hong Kong and Singapore were also able to access and play Evolution games<\/strong>. Online casino games are banned in both Hong Kong and Singapore. The investigators claim that players used Bitcoin to make deposits and withdrawals<\/a> while playing Evolution games.<\/p>\n

    Evolution is also alleged to have tied up with unlicensed casino operators to offer games in Italy, Sweden and Spain.<\/p>\n

    Evolution Denies Allegations <\/h2>\n

    The head of investor relations at Evolution<\/a>, Carl Linton<\/strong> said they were yet to see official complaint made by their anonymous competitor. Linton went on record to say that Evolution fully complies with all gaming regulations and laws, stating that it was not possible for players to access their games in countries that had U.S sanctions imposed on them.<\/p>\n

    Linton clarified that Evolution specializes in developing casino games but does not have any direct relationship with the player or the player\u2019s money.
